Lead the channel strategy for the consumer export profit centre, which represents c.£300m of revenue and gross profit of c.£140m. This channel is poorly understood yet is critical to the RM turnaround plan.
Drive the development of a consumer channel strategy to ensure effective allocation of resources and delivery of targeted returns across physical, digital, and marketplace channels. Specifically, to arrest the decline in sales and put the consumer channels on a path of growth in line with the rest of the market.
