Job summary

The International Rescue Committee UK is seeking a solutions-driven Experiential Marketing Specialist to elevate the IRC’s profile and support fundraising through event production, celebrity engagement, and digital tactics.

You will manage the UK and Europe events portfolio, coordinate venues and vendors, and work with fundraising, policy, digital and media teams to deliver compelling campaigns that engage supporters and drive impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering events through all development stages.
• Knowledge of using social media as part of PR campaigns.
• Experience aligning marketing strategies with fundraising objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UK and European events portfolio, including in-person and virtual formats.
• Lead event production, logistics, vendor management and post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with fundraising, policy, digital and media teams to align messaging.
• Identify opportunities to leverage celebrity partners to support campaigns.
