The International Rescue Committee UK is seeking an experienced Experiential Marketing Coordinator to elevate the IRC’s profile through events and celebrity partnerships. Based in the UK, you will lead multi-market event production, donor engagement, and campaign activities as part of the Marketing & Mobilization team.

You will coordinate across fundraising, policy, digital, and media teams, manage talent relations, and drive data-driven event outcomes while traveling as needed and supporting

Qualifications

• Strong experience in event planning with the ability to organize events through all phases of development.
• Knowledge and experience of using social media channels as part of celebrity engagement and PR campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience of working strategically, identifying opportunities to support organisation-wide marketing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the UK and European market events portfolio and support other markets as needed.
• Lead and manage all phases of event projects, including planning, logistics, and post-event wrap-up.
• Draft concept notes and create creative briefs for events.
• Search venues and vendors or set up virtual platforms.
• Collaborate with fundraising, policy, digital and media teams on event messaging and donor engagement.
• Support celebrity relationships and manage communications with talent partners.
• Travel occasionally for events and work flexible hours.
