Job summary

JoJosephCreative is seeking a hands-on Designer to join a small, collaborative team in London. You’ll take ideas from ideation through to final production, crafting experiential assets and graphics for events, campaigns, and digital content.

The role blends concept development with craft, requiring strong typography, layout, and production know-how. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a flair for storytelling are essential, with UI/Motion Graphics experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years agency experience with strong craft and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and print production knowledge.
• Experience visualising concepts with AI-driven design tools.

Responsibilities

• Take ideas from ideation through to final production across experiential assets, print and digital.
• Collaborate with small design team to develop concepts and craft campaigns.
• Translate ideas into visually engaging experiences for diverse clients.
