At Longwater, you’ll join a 4 vet team (including a new graduate), supported by 6 brilliant nurses, VCAs, and an experienced admin team. Our vets hold special interests in orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, and feline medicine, creating a collaborative environment where clinical discussion and development are part of everyday life.

We’re purpose built, well equipped, and backed by a regional team who actively support leadership development - ideal if you’re looking to grow into a senior or future partner role.
