Vets for Pets Cambridge Bar Hill is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing team. We offer exceptional facilities with endoscopy and endosurgery training and flexible working arrangements.

Our progressive, purpose-built practice handles a varied caseload including minimally invasive procedures. We provide mentoring, hands-on training, and support toward certificates, CPD, and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Veterinary Surgeon.
• Interest in endoscopy or endosurgery welcomed.
• Willingness to develop skills across advanced procedures.
• Excellent client communication and clinical notes.

We're a progressive, purpose-built practice with facilities and expertise that go well beyond what is typically expected in first-opinion practice. Our mission is simple: to make advanced veterinary care accessible by offering procedures traditionally only available through referral centres, whilst maintaining the affordability and continuity of care that first-opinion practice provides.

This means our vets have the opportunity to be involved in a fascinating and varied caseload that includes not only routine medicine and surgery but also advanced minimally invasive procedures.

• Flexible and rigid endoscopy
• Laparoscopic surgery
• Minimally invasive diagnostic procedures

The practice was purpose-built with endoscopy and endosurgery in mind, providing facilities rarely found in the first-opinion environment.

An interest in endoscopy, laparoscopy or minimally invasive surgery would be fantastic, but it is absolutely not a prerequisite. We are far more interested in finding a colleague who is curious, enthusiastic and committed to developing their skills.
