Job summary

Catmose College in Oakham is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to support secondary students in lessons and small groups. You will work closely with teachers and the Inclusion team to deliver tailored learning support, helping students build confidence, independence and a love of learning.

This role offers term-time hours with opportunities for flexible arrangements and is suitable for recent graduates or those exploring a future in teaching. Training and safeguarding guidance are provided.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

The role includes working within our Designated Special Provision (DSP) for students with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), offering a bespoke and nurturing curriculum that enables outstanding progress. ,
