Successful candidates will have the chance to enhance their clinical skills in a dynamic environment committed to patient-centered care and professional development.
Our nurse-led service offers apheresis, supportive care, and venesection. We care for patients with haematological cancers, sickle cell disease, and other haematology conditions. Our aim is to provide expert care to help patients avoid hospital admissions and manage their disease in an ambulatory setting.
We are currently open Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 20:00. Shift patterns typically involve 4 x 9.5-hour shifts per week. We do not currently operate on weekends; however, we open a reduced service on some bank holidays to support the service.
We are seeking experienced and motivated nurses to join our team on the Haematology Day Unit. We want nurses eager to develop their clinical skills and competence, with aspirations to become future leaders in haematology nursing within an ambulatory setting.
