Job summary

Responsibilities
  • The post holder will practise within a team of nursing staff, and have responsibility for a group of patients, assessing, prioritising, planning, implementing and evaluating their care needs.
  • You will deliver a high standard of individualised nursing care based on current sound research/evidence, you will not require direct supervision, and at times will co‑ordinate an area, while teaching and supervising junior qualified and unqualified staff.
  • You will join a forward‑thinking multi‑disciplinary team dedicated to delivering high standards of care in a diverse community. Applicants must enjoy a fast‑paced acute environment as well as having a keen interest in delivering excellence in holistic care.
Qualifications

We are looking for Experienced Registered Nurses who have completed their preceptorship. Experience in A&E is desirable but not essential. Our nurses should be enthusiastic, confident and self‑motivated nurses who possess excellent communication skills and enjoy a challenge.
