Supreme Research Specialists is seeking an Experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon for a clinic in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. The role offers a salary up to £70,000 depending on experience and a four-day working week with no out-of-hours requirements.

The successful candidate will be the third Vet in a young, ambitious practice, with a pathway for certificate development and potential visa sponsorship. Diverse clinical interests are encouraged and supported.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in small animal general practice.
• Confidence managing consultations and routine procedures independently.
• A strong clinical interest they would like to develop further.
• Good clinical judgement and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach to Vets, nurses and reception colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality first-opinion small animal veterinary care.
• Manage routine consultations and procedures independently.
• Diagnose and treat a varied and increasingly complex caseload.
• Develop and pursue an individual clinical interest.
• Work towards building a recognised clinical service within the practice.
• Utilise modern diagnostic and treatment equipment.
