Job summary

Foundation Personnel is recruiting an experienced Slinger for a long-term project in Derby. The successful candidate will safely sling and signal loads during lifting operations, attach and secure loads correctly, and direct crane and plant operators using recognised signalling methods.

You will assist with lifting tasks, maintain exclusion zones, check lifting accessories before use, and follow all site lifting plans and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Slinger on lifting operations.
• Understanding of site safety procedures.
• Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Safely slinging and signalling loads during lifting operations.
• Attaching and securing loads correctly.
• Directing crane and plant operators using recognised signalling methods.
