Job summary

GuardPass Limited is seeking a vigilant Door Supervisor to safeguard staff and customers at the venue, manage entry, screen visitors for suitability, and uphold high standards of customer service throughout all shifts.

You will be stationed at the entrance, carry out ID checks and searches as required, control entry and exit, manage crowds, supervise arrivals, and respond calmly to emergencies while working as part of a professional security team.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor licence required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service focused.

Responsibilities

As a Door Supervisor, you will ensure the safety of staff and customers, as well as protect assets within the clients' business and provide excellent customer service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• You will be stationed at the building's entrance, screening visitors for suitability.
• Ensure the visitor is not under the age of 18 or in possession of any dangerous substances or things, such as drugs or weapons

Requirements

• A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence
