Marchant Recruitment's client, a welcoming secondary school in Solihull, is seeking a dependable and energetic School Site Manager for a permanent, part-time role starting immediately.

You will lead facilities management, oversee site safety and compliance, maintain a secure, clean, well-serviced campus, and work closely with the site team and senior leadership to ensure smooth daily operations for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or school site management is preferred.
• Understanding of building upkeep, safety guidelines and compliance.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team with staff collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Enhanced DBS certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Authorized to work in the UK.
