This role offers the opportunity to guide customers in purchasing their dream homes, with responsibilities including converting enquiries and maintaining a polished sales suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and be ready to work weekends.
We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Consultant for a very special development in Oxfordshire that offers a diverse and unique range of homes.
The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to support and guide customers who are either purchasing or building their dream home. We are looking for a driven and motivated sales professional who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Turn enquiries into results – convert interest into confirmed home reservations.
Chase every lead – follow up on calls, emails, walk-ins, and event contacts with energy and urgency.
Smash your targets – consistently hit and exceed monthly sales goals.
Know your product inside out – be the expert on every home and phase of development.
Own the customer journey – guide buyers from first contact to keys in hand.
Be the connector – liaise with legal, construction, and customer care teams to ensure seamless transactions.
Keep it polished – maintain an immaculate sales suite and up-to-date, accurate records.
Stay sharp – monitor the competition, track market trends, and continuously build your product knowledge.
About You
Sales pro with experience – a minimum of three years experience, ideally in new home sales or residential property.
Confident selling off-plan – comfortable reading working drawings and bringing the vision to life for buyers.
Results-focused – proven track record of smashing targets and keeping your pipeline full.
A confident communicator – strong on negotiation, stronger on building trust.
Positive, polished, and proactive – bring energy, professionalism, and initiative to every interaction.
Weekend-ready – you will be working Thursday-Monday, so you must be flexible to work weekends and bank holidays, with time off during the week.
On the move – full UK driving licence preferred for site visits and client meetings.
Essential Qualifications – Consumer Code of Conduct and NHQB certificates.
