Mason Blake is a boutique recruitment firm with nearly 30 years of experience and a strong, established name in the investment management market. We work with many of the top asset managers, investment firms, and financial services businesses in the industry, building long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.

We’re looking to hire an experienced agency recruiter (12 months+), ideally with exposure to financial services, marketing, or HR recruitment, to join our growing team. This is a role for someone who enjoys quality‑led recruitment, wants to work with a respected brand, and values clear structure and progression.

The role

• End‑to‑end agency recruitment
• Managing and developing client relationships with leading firms
• Sourcing, engaging, and advising experienced candidates
• Running multiple live roles and building long‑term candidate pipelines
