As the Reception Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports children's learning and development.
• Support children's communication, language, personal, social and emotional development.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the Early Years team to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within Early Years or Reception, although enthusiastic ECTs are welcome to apply.
• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child-centred learning.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Is creative, nurturing, organised and passionate about early childhood education.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
