Ripple Education is seeking a qualified Primary Teacher for placements in Blyth and the surrounding area. This role offers an immediate start and long-term opportunities, with weekly pay and holiday pay. You will join a supportive team that matches placements to your skills and availability.

You will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, manage your classroom with high expectations, and work closely with teaching assistants. Safeguarding and adherence to school policies are essential.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching in a primary school.
• High expectations for all pupils and strong safeguarding understanding.
• Excellent classroom management and ability to adapt to different settings.

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary school
• High expectations for all pupils
• Strong classroom management skills
• A good understanding of planning, assessment and the primary curriculum
• A thorough understanding of safeguarding
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and the wider school community
• A flexible and proactive approach to working in different school environments

The role

Depending on the placement, you may:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum
• Create a positive and safe learning environment
• Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of pupils
• Assess learning and provide appropriate feedback
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff
• Follow individual school policies, procedures and expectations
• Follow school and Ripple Education safeguarding procedures at all times
