We are a friendly NHS GP Practice in London - Grays Inn Medical Group (Deleham Gardens Surgery and Fortune Green Practice in North London, Grays Inn Medical Practice in central London, and The Vauxhall Surgery in South London).

We are looking for a full-time or part-time experienced Practice Nurse.

We are seeking someone who is positive, enthusiastic, experienced, with good teamworking skills and flexibility.

Main duties of the job

The Nurse will deliver high-standard care in a safe environment that meets patients' needs, while maintaining privacy and dignity.

Job responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the post include:

• Working within their scope of practice to provide and deliver high-standard nursing care.
• Safely meeting patients' needs, including routine procedures such as measuring and interpreting blood glucose levels, recording vital signs, wound care, adult and childhood immunisations, smear tests, and LTC checks and reviews.
• Carrying out planned care for patients.

The successful applicant must be flexible, a good team worker, accustomed to working under pressure, possess excellent interpersonal and IT skills, and be able to communicate effectively with patients and the team.

• Primary care experience.
