Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD seeks an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic in Gravesend, Kent for a full-time, permanent role. The position covers servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs in a busy independent garage with a friendly team.

The role offers a £35,000 salary with a company pension and a Monday–Friday schedule with a Saturday rota. MOT qualification is supported, and you’ll contribute to a long-term, hands-on workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic.
• Strong motorcycle mechanical knowledge.
• Experience with servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Reliable, practical and professional approach.
• Ability to work well within a small team.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing motorcycles.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carrying out repairs and replacing components.
• Brake, tyre, chain and drive system work.
• Engine and general mechanical repairs.
• MOT preparation and motorcycle safety checks.
• Using diagnostic equipment where required.
• Checking completed work and maintaining high standards.
• Keeping the workshop clean, safe and organised.
