Job Description:

Experienced Legal Tech specialist sought for a commercial and entrepreneurial Leeds-based firm to shape and develop the Legal Tech strategy.

This is a fabulous opportunity to establish an internal offering analyzing the needs of lawyers and clients and improving existing technologies and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and implementing new, innovative technology and tools, and monitoring trends.
2. Identifying opportunities to implement advanced legal technology solutions & tools.
3. Gathering requirements & preparing documentation.
4. Aligning innovation initiatives with the strategies for the firm.
5. Developing business cases for legal innovation proposals.
6. Enhancing existing processes to deliver optimal productivity & profitability.
7. Adopting new processes and advanced legal technology solutions & tools.
8. Building relationships & collaborating with stakeholders.
9. Creating proposals for IT projects.
10. Contributing to the firm's culture of continuous improvement & innovation.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical & problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, a proactive approach, and a passion for innovation and knowledge sharing are essential.
