South Lanarkshire Council is seeking an experienced Joiner to support the delivery of various works programmes within Building Services at the Hamilton Business Unit. The role is 37 hours per week, permanent, with a salary of £39,856–£40,995 per year.

You will be time-served with SVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in joinery and bring solid practical competencies for both refurb and maintenance tasks in public buildings and schools. Commitment to health and safety and customer care is essential.

Qualificações

• Time-served joiner with SVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in joinery.
• Experience in refurbishment and maintenance works in public buildings.
• Ability to work to targets and health and safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out all joinery tasks including refurbishment and maintenance works.
• Support delivery of works programmes within Building Services.
• Operate across both commercial and domestic properties as required.
