Job summary

TONI&GUY Cardiff is seeking a talented colour technician to join our salon team. Work with top stylists, deliver bespoke colour and hair services, and guide client consultations to ensure a personalised TONI&GUY experience.

You will mentor junior stylists, support salon operations, and help uphold our 60+ years of international reputation. This full/part-time role offers a competitive commission structure, generous holiday entitlement, pension, and access to education programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as colour technician in a busy salon.
• Preferably Wella trained.
• Ability to guide consultations and deliver bespoke TONI&GUY experiences.
• Excellent communication and client service.

Responsibilities

• Perform colours, styling, and treatments.
• Guide personalised consultations to ensure a bespoke TONI&GUY experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences.
• Mentor and inspire junior stylists to share techniques and trends.
• Support salon operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring functionality.
• Uphold TONI&GUY’s international reputation through active promotion and professional conduct.
