My client, a leading local estate agent, is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join their professional team in Spalding, with access to multiple lenders. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a qualified financial professional.

The ideal candidate MUST be CeMAP qualified with several years of experience, preferably within an estate agency environment. However, experience in other environments is acceptable if the necessary qualifications are held. Candidates must be IT proficient, well-presented, organized, sales and customer-oriented, and possess a full driving license. To be successful, candidates should be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 12 months of experience in whole-of-market mortgage broking. Experience within the estate agency sector is beneficial but not essential. A proven sales background as a Mortgage Adviser is important.
