Our Leeds office is a hub of excellence, and we are seeking an experienced Employment Law Paralegal to enhance our growing Employment Law team. Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Employment team. As an Employment Law Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the team with contentious and non-contentious matters. You will work closely with the Employment Partner providing high-quality assistance to our clients, who range from high net worth individuals and professionals, to large corporate entities and organisations, including the Police Federation of England & Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, policy documents and procedures.
• Assisting with Employment Tribunal case preparation, including the preparation of bundles, witness statements, applications and liaising with Chambers to instruct Counsel.
• Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with changes in employment law.
• Managing your own caseload of non-complex matters, including settlement agreements and initial advice.
• Liaising with clients, taking instructions, and providing clear and concise advice. Keeping clients updated.
• Supporting the team with business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for employment law. You will have:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a paralegal in employment law, preferably within a reputable law firm.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and tribunal processes.
• Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A recognised legal qualification (LLB, LLM, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
