TeacherActive Limited is working with a mainstream Secondary School in Dudley to recruit an experienced Cover Supervisor for long-term placements and flexible day-to-day work. The role involves supervising classes across the secondary age range, delivering pre-planned work and using IT to support lesson delivery while maintaining high standards of behaviour.

You will join a supportive environment with a focus on positive behaviour, engagement, and clear expectations.

Formación

• Experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar classroom-based role in a secondary school.
• Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Strong IT skills including confidence with school systems and interactive whiteboards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise classes across the secondary age range and deliver pre-planned work.
• Confidently manage classroom behaviour to keep students engaged.
