Genting Casinos is seeking an experienced commis chef/cook to join our kitchen team. You will help ensure smooth kitchen operations, assist with food preparation, and support new menu ideas while keeping work areas clean and compliant with HACCP regulations.

You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, stocking storerooms, and reporting any faults to management. The role offers an excellent salary, development opportunities, and a broad range of employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen preparation areas
• Assisting in food production
• Supporting the production of new menu ideas
• Maintaining the kitchen work areas in accordance with HACCP regulations
• Storing away all crockery, cutlery and glassware and handling them with great care
• Making sure all kitchen equipment, such as food mixers, fridges, and cookers, is in good working order
• Reporting any faulty equipment to the management
• Keeping the storerooms well stocked and organised
