Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking Experienced Care Workers to work for clients in and around Cirencester. As an Agency Care Assistant you will have the opportunity to work across various care settings, delivering care and support in line with care plans.

Shifts are ad hoc, covering sickness/holidays with flexible hours including days, nights and weekends. You must attend a Manual Handling Induction at the Melksham office to be successful in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings or as a care worker is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and support in health or social care environments.
• Work one-to-one with clients or with other carers/health professionals.
• Follow on-site care plans, ensure safety and effective communication.
