You’ll manage purchase, sales and nominal ledgers, process payroll, complete reconciliations and support tax computations. Salary £33,000–£38,000 depending on experience, full-time, with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accountancy practice is essential.
• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
• Ability to complete reconciliations independently and accurately.
• Payroll processing experience is required.
• Experience with tax computations and P11Ds is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase, Sales and Nominal Ledgers.
• Process payroll accurately and efficiently.
• Complete bank and nominal ledger reconciliations.
• Support clients with day-to-day bookkeeping requirements.
• Assist with general office administration when required.
• Support tax computations and P11Ds where applicable.
