Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks is seeking an Experienced Arcade Assistant to join our friendly, professional team. You must be enthusiastic, reliable, with an outgoing personality and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Previous hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of amusement machines is essential. The role includes maintenance and servicing of machines, excellent guest service, and stock handling at our award-winning parks in Woolacombe, North Devon.

• Previous arcade experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service amusement machines, diagnose faults.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Run prize shop, stocktake and assist guests.
• Fill machines with stock.
• Clean machines and surrounding areas.
• Handle guest queries.
• Support and train junior staff.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.

Position Details:

• Seasonal positions available
• Availability required for evenings, weekends, bank and school holidays
• Own transport desirable due to shift pattern.
• Previous experience in Arcade essential.

As a member of our Arcade Team, you will be responsible for:

• Maintenance and servicing of amusement machines. This includes, but not limited to diagnosing machine faults.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Running of the prize shop, stocktaking and assisting guests.
• Filling the machines with stock.
• Cleaning the machines and surrounding areas.
• Handling guest queries.
• Supporting and training junior staff.
• Opening and closing procedures.
