Job Description

About the Role:

You will deliver high-quality, relevant experiences including marketing, content, services, and solutions that meet the needs of our members, students, and clients globally across owned, shared, and earned channels. You will be responsible for end-to-end marketing campaign development, ensuring the delivery of campaigns that meet our goals.

You will report to the Director - Experience Delivery. The role is hybrid, requiring remote work with in-office days in London, UK.

You Will:

• Work with Experience leaders to assign or activate squads, appoint squad leaders, and initiate workflows. Monitor activities to achieve outcomes and collaborate with proposition owners and partners to resolve concerns.
• Create programs aligned with our proposition strategies that resonate with defined audience segments and meet revenue and Return on Experience Investment targets.
• Write and submit briefs for program development, ensuring they contain SMART goals, clear deliverables per channel, delivery dates, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate with the Experience Management Planning team to schedule activities based on our calendar and capacity constraints.

Qualifications

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, digital content management, or related fields
• Experience creating user-centric services, solutions, and stories that deliver meaningful experiences
• Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels
