Qualifications

• Recent graduate or seeking a career in finance.
• Experience in administration, finance, accounts payable or expenses is helpful but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer systems.
• Good communication skills and professional responses to queries.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines.
• Hands-on, transactional work including processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Review and process employee expenses claims, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Check receipts and supporting documentation.
• Process expense payments accurately and within deadlines.
• Respond to employee queries regarding expenses and payments.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues where possible.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update expenses data.
• Support the wider finance team with transactional duties.
• Adapt to new systems and processes as automation and AI are introduced.
