Citi Belfast is seeking an AVP Desk Assistant – Structuring to provide critical pricing support and first‑line pricing validation for complex derivatives. You will bridge junior sales, traders, and the London desk while ensuring robust control and timely trade capture.

You will work under supervision but gain deep exposure to exotic products and end‑to‑end structuring workflows, with a hybrid work model and access to ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of equity derivatives and basic option pricing theory.
• Experience in structuring support or middle office roles within a global bank.
• Hands-on Python and AI experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pricing support for vanilla and straightforward derivatives.
• Pricing quality control and validation of inputs.
• Trade booking support and ensuring accurate term sheet alignment.
• Documentation, tracking, and regular reporting for London review.
• Flow analysis and inventory monitoring for exotic flow.
• Collaborate with Technology to automate workflows using Python/VBA.
