Your new company: One of the largest MGAs in the UK, based in the heart of the City, specializing in SME to mid-market Property & Casualty business. They have excellent relationships with their panel of brokers and prioritize their clients in their underwriting strategy. After several years of success, they are now looking to add an Underwriter to their existing business team in the London office on a hybrid working basis.

Your new role: Primarily, you will focus on existing business, managing a portfolio of clients/brokers, providing excellent service and retention. Depending on your experience, you will handle SME to mid-market business and serve as a referral point for junior team members.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 3+ Years of underwriting experience in Property or Commercial insurance
• Strong knowledge of Property / Commercial products
• Experience managing broker relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
