Overview

We’re looking for an Exhibits Supervisor to join our Front Counter & Exhibit Services department. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the exhibits store, ensuring seized property is managed in line with force policies and procedures. You’ll lead a small team of Exhibits Management Support Officers, delivering a professional, customer-focused service across a designated area.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include managing daily tasks, conducting and documenting routine audits, and ensuring compliance with property retention and disposal procedures. You’ll also be responsible for developing your team and supporting individual performance and development needs.

Requirements

This role requires supervisory or management experience, as well as excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to handle audits and maintain high data quality standards.
