Job summary

New Appointments Group is seeking an Exhibitor & Commercial Coordinator to join a small, collaborative events team supporting a portfolio of international conferences. The hybrid role combines exhibitor and sponsorship coordination with business development and relationship management.

You’ll work closely with exhibitors and sponsors, supporting involvement across events while identifying opportunities to grow commercial participation. A customer-facing, commercially aware approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, exhibitions, sponsorship, account management, commercial coordination or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercially aware, proactive and confident identifying opportunities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with exhibitors and sponsors, from enquiry to event delivery.
• Coordinate exhibition and sponsorship activity, including packages, applications, registrations and deliverables.
• Build and maintain the commercial pipeline through proactive follow-up and relationship development.
• Identify new exhibitors, sponsors and commercial opportunities across markets.
• Coordinate exhibitor requirements and provide support before and during events.
• Maintain CRM records and provide updates on activity and pipeline.
• Work with internal teams on event content, communications and promotional materials.
• Attend events as required to strengthen relationships and develop new ones.
