Job description

Join our dynamic team as an Exhibitor Services Manager - Maternity Cover and be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge online exhibitor hubs for events across the UK and around the world. This role combines internal project management with the exciting challenge of setting up user-friendly interfaces to help exhibitors prepare for their events. You'll be a key player in the Exhibitor Services Team, driving success within LiveBuzz's renowned Event Registration delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To take initial instruction from the Event Registration Managers regarding the set up of the exhibitor hub.
  2. Manage the set up of exhibitor hubs, ensuring all requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner.
  3. Proactively liaising with other LiveBuzz teams to ensure that information required from clients, for specific onsite services (scanner set ups) are obtained and the requirements implemented in a timely manner.
  4. Assisting with tasks, as they arise, which contribute to the execution of the department’s existing services, as well as contributing and adapting to new services as required.
  5. To set up and send email shots to exhibitors.
  6. To assist the Customer Service team to respond to exhibitor related queries.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
  1. A good standard of English written and verbal communication.
  2. Strong attention to detail.
  3. Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks.
  4. Good team player.
  5. Excellent organisational skills.
  6. Good working understanding of admin software; Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
  7. Familiar with the pressures of competing deadlines and balancing this with internal and external expectations.
  8. Experience creating HTML emails is beneficial but not essential.
  9. An understanding of exhibitions and conferences is desirable but not essential.

This is a full-time role for maternity cover and is based in our Coventry office.
