Job summary

Business Design Centre Ltd. in London is seeking a seasoned Venue Services Manager to lead the delivery of live exhibitions and events, coordinating with show organisers and the internal services team.

You will manage health & safety, liaise with contractors, set up shows on the venue system, supervise exhibitors’ requirements, and ensure regulatory compliance while meeting annual targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing exhibitions and live events.
• Ability to liaise with organisers, contractors and exhibitors.
• Strong understanding of venue operations and customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of live events and exhibitions.
• Approve organiser arrangements and monitor in-house services.
• Prepare revenue final accounts with Venue Sales Department.
• Provide support during tenancy, including some evenings/weekends.
• Oversee health & safety and regulatory compliance.
