Job summary

Tecna is seeking a versatile 3D Designer to create high-impact stands and activations for major brands. You’ll work hybrid from Farnborough with remote options, translating briefs into compelling visuals that align with commercial goals.

You’ll collaborate with the sales and creative teams, building client-ready concepts, mood boards, floor plans and renderings while staying mindful of budgets and build realities.

Qualifications

• 3D design software experience with SketchUp and V-Ray.
• Strong portfolio of events and design demonstrating visualization ability.
• Understanding of design intent surviving build constraints, H&S and site rules.
• Commercial awareness to work within client budgets.

Responsibilities

• Turning briefs, sketches and client ideas into 3D designs that tell a story.
• Assessing brand, audience and market position to meet objectives.
• Joining the sales team on client meetings to shape briefs.
• Presenting concepts, mood boards, floor plans and renders.
• Building accurate cost and sale estimates with the sales team.
• Monitoring materials, technology and competitor show-floor activity.
