Job summary

Capita Recruiting Partnering Project, supporting the British Army recruitment in Exeter, is recruiting a Recruiter to deliver diverse attraction and recruitment activities in the local area. You will interview candidates, provide an exceptional candidate experience, lead attraction events, and work with educational providers.

You will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and use social media tools to engage applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience of providing excellent customer service.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing candidates and supporting them throughout their recruitment journey.
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Attending and leading attraction events to raise awareness of Army careers.
• Working with educational providers to promote Army careers.
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Using social media tools to attract and engage with candidates.
