Job summary

Avidity is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Exeter and surrounding areas, managing a FMCG grocery territory to grow distribution for well-known household brands. You will build relationships with store decision-makers, negotiate displays and drive availability, while enjoying a fixed-term contract with a competitive package.

This role offers autonomy, in-store impact, and opportunities to progress within our agency-led group, supported by colleagues and career development options.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or similar role.
• Strong communications skills.
• Excellent time management and territory planning ability.
• Be self-motivated and results-driven.
• A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans).

Responsibilities

• Managing a FMCG grocery territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers.
• Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity.
• Driving distribution, availability and compliance across agreed product ranges.
• Drive sales based on a solid selling story around our brands and category.
