Job summary

Strativ Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to drive growth in our Embedded Solutions arm by sourcing and engaging top recruiters and TA professionals to work with our clients.

You’ll build networks, map talent pools, and create a proactive pipeline of exceptional people, across the UK and US, before roles open, while representing our employer brand at events and across social platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter or TA professional.
• Strong networking and proactive headhunting skills.
• Experience hiring consultants and TA professionals into embedded/RPO-style solutions.
• Track record of delivering a high-quality, candidate-first recruitment experience.
• Confident using an ATS/CRM with Teamtailor experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across UK and US markets.
• Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Talent Attraction & Head-hunting across UK and US markets.
• Own full recruitment lifecycle for embedded hiring across UK and US.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate growth plans into hiring strategies.
• Manage resource allocation across the embedded model with high-volume hiring.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the process.
• Keep CRM updated and report hiring progress to wider business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes and employer brand initiatives.
