Strativ Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive in the UK to drive growth for our Embedded Solutions arm by sourcing, engaging, and securing top recruiters locally and abroad. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with leaders, and build a strong candidate journey across the UK and US markets.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, stakeholder management, and data-driven hiring, with opportunities for travel and high impact in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiter experience, preferably Rec2Rec or staffing agency recruitment.
• Strong networking and proactive headhunting abilities.
• Experience hiring consultants for embedded/RPO-style solutions.
• Candidate-first recruitment approach.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM and data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Actively source, network, and headhunt top recruitment talent for embedded roles.
• Own full lifecycle recruitment across UK and US for embedded hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate growth plans into hiring strategies.
• Maintain strong candidate experience and provide candid guidance.
• Keep CRM pipelines updated and report hiring progress to leadership.
