What the day will look like
You will be responsible for providing Level I & II Technology Support to Aon VIP colleagues and their personal assistants. This includes assisting with hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, or peripherals. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service and supporting corporate computing needs. Additionally, you will provide administrative IT support and communicate effectively with internal and external parties during Business As Usual (BAU) activities or work requests.
How this opportunity is different
This role offers the chance to work within a great team supporting executives primarily in London, with remote support across EMEA and globally. You may also support colleagues abroad and occasionally assist at conferences and shows, supporting cutting-edge technology both domestically and internationally.
