CityFibre in London is seeking an Executive Support & Office Coordinator to join our team four days a week in the London office. You’ll help run the office, support Executive Assistants, coordinate meetings, travel, diaries and essential admin for senior leaders.
You’ll manage office operations, facilities and supplies, coordinate rooms and catering, and help drive improvements to efficiency and employee experience.
This role requires you to join your collegues in our London office four days a week.

Join our Executive Team in a varied role that combines office management and executive support, ensuring our London office runs smoothly while providing essential coordination and administrative support that enables Executive Assistants to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities in their support for our Senior Leaders.
