A leading company is seeking an Executive Support Engineer to deliver high-level technical support to top executives, including the CEO. The role includes maintaining communication during incidents, managing IT issues, and participating in project work initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills and is expected to work flexibly within a newly created team environment.
Our Global Enterprise client is looking for an Executive Support Engineer who can provide a ‘front-to-back’ support service to a customer base of the top 200 most senior & influential directors and executives at a bank, including the CEO, Chairman and Executive Committee, resolving all of the executive IT needs, in a fast and efficient manner, whilst maintaining calm and in control at all times.
The aim is to provide a high level of support with a high percentage of ‘calls’ resolved within tight SLAs. Project work will also be undertaken by the team, be it taking a more active lead role or just being present when needed.
Start: ASAP
Duration: up to 30 days (initially)
Pay Rate: £164/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £184/day (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
