Job summary

Ensono seeks an Expert Service Delivery Manager to own end-to-end service relationships for strategic mainframe-centric clients. You will act as the executive face to CIO/CTO-level stakeholders, orchestrating delivery across z/OS, distributed and cloud platforms, and driving continual service improvement.

This senior, client-facing role requires ITIL governance, incident bridges, and influencing across multi-tower environments while ensuring contractual obligations and high CSAT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Service Management in client-facing roles with mainframe exposure.
• Operational ability across mainframe, distributed, and cloud environments.
• In-depth ITIL and incident management knowledge; escalation handling.
• Experience with mainframe technologies and modernisation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Acts as client advocate and escalation point for service delivery needs.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams across Mainframe Operations, z/OS, Storage, Network, Security and Cloud.
• Identifies risks and delivers improvement plans including cost takeout and DR posture.
• Provides executive level communication for critical incidents and service updates.
• Maintains CSAT and drives continual service improvement across complex estates.
