Job summary

Beaumont is seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager to own enterprise accounts end-to-end. You will act as the senior technical authority across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking and infrastructure, while building relationships with client leadership and driving service improvements.

You will lead strategic sessions, governance, and quarterly reviews to ensure value, renewals and long-term partnerships. Strong ITIL and C-suite communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in a senior, client facing role within an MSP, IT services or technology solutions business.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to engage at C-suite level.
• A working understanding of customer journey mapping and how it applies to service delivery.
• Solid knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes.
• A strong grasp of ITIL.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay level headed under pressure.
• Experience owning or supporting strategic IT roadmaps and consultancy-led engagements.
• Commercial awareness, with a clear focus on outcomes and value.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise and large accounts, building long-term relationships.
• Learn each client’s business, strategy, pressures and growth plans to align services.
• Run strategic roadmap sessions to connect services to client objectives.
• Position the business as a long-term partner rather than a vendor.
