Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and yearly financial records in compliance with IFRS and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate recording of revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and collections.
  • Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly.
  • Support credit control and aging analysis.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and perform regular reconciliations.
  • Ensure bank reconciliation statements are prepared on time.
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, especially in production and distribution.
  • Support statutory, internal, and group audits.
