Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and yearly financial records in compliance with IFRS and company policies.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate recording of revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and collections.
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly.
- Support credit control and aging analysis.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and perform regular reconciliations.
- Ensure bank reconciliation statements are prepared on time.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Monitor and control operational costs, especially in production and distribution.
- Support statutory, internal, and group audits.
