3Search, a UK-based executive recruitment specialist, is seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead senior-level searches across marketing, digital and commercial roles. You will engage with C-suite clients, manage high-value assignments and shape our executive proposition with strategic insight.

You’ll build a robust network of senior candidates, win retained mandates, and mentor peers while upholding our values of bravery, growth and belonging.

Qualifications

• Proven success in executive search and senior-level recruitment.
• Strong billing record and experience delivering large revenue targets.
• Confident in running retained searches and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Commercial and consultative mindset with a client-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture a network of senior candidates and clients.
• Win and deliver retained and exclusive mandates at executive level.
• Build long-term relationships that drive growth and market share.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with precision and professionalism.
