Higher Group is partnering with a leading international executive search and leadership advisory firm to grow its European business at the very senior end of the market, partnering with global organisations on CEO, Board and C-suite appointments.

Joining as a Partner, you will originate and lead CEO and C-suite mandates, develop relationships with CEOs, Chairs and investors, and build a market strategy while leveraging international colleagues to expand client opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of originating executive search revenue at CEO/Board level.
• Credibility with Board and C-suite stakeholders.
• Established network within your chosen market, including PE, tech, FS.

Responsibilities

• Originate and lead CEO, Board and C-suite executive search mandates.
• Develop relationships with CEOs, Chairs, investors and other senior decision-makers.
• Build and execute a clear market strategy and expand client opportunities internationally.
• Collaborate across geographies and practices to avoid silos and contribute to the firm.
